Brittany “Britt” Lovett
Principal Consultant
She brings over 20 years of experience across nonprofit and philanthropic work, including nearly a decade working directly within philanthropy. Her work has included supporting organizations, advising leadership, and contributing to community-based strategy at the local and statewide level.
Britt has served on multiple boards and committees and has been actively involved in countywide strategic planning efforts, giving her a deep understanding of how systems, organizations, and community needs intersect in real time.
Her experience spans nonprofit leadership, philanthropic strategy, governance, and community engagement. She is known for her ability to listen, assess what is actually happening beneath the surface, and help individuals and organizations move forward with clarity, structure, and direction.
Her work is grounded in community and shaped by real relationships, real challenges, and real decision-making.
The Sons
Owen
Owen is an incoming freshman in high school with aspirations of becoming an engineer and continuing his education at the collegiate level.
He is an athlete and a leader, both on and off the court and field, and takes pride in showing up for his team and his community.
Owen is thoughtful, grounded, and committed to being present for the people around him.

Aiden is an incoming seventh grader with a growing interest in film, storytelling, and creative expression.
He is a student athlete with goals of attending an HBCU and continues to explore his talents both on the field and behind the camera.
Aiden is curious, engaged, and actively involved in the spaces that support his growth and connection to community.
